Booking Terms and Conditions: Information Notice
This notice explains how booking an Arna Holistic Wellness retreat, course or service works. It is plain information from us, not legal advice. We keep booking by email enquiry only, there is no payment checkout on this website.

By sending a booking enquiry, you confirm you have read this notice, our Privacy Notice and our Medical Disclaimer.
Process: what booking means here
A request is not a confirmation. When you submit the booking form, you are sending us a request. We review it and reply by email to confirm whether a place is available and what the next steps are. A place is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation by email.
- You must be at least 18 years old to book unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We may ask follow-up questions by email to check suitability, dates, and numbers.
Timing and payment: no payment on site, invoice terms apply
You cannot pay on this website. If a Service, Course or Retreat has a fee, for example, a Yoga or Sound Bath Retreat, we will invoice you separately and explain how to pay (for example, by bank transfer) and by when. We do not quote currency, VAT, deposits or refund percentages on the site, if a fee applies, your invoice and confirmation email will set it out.
What the fee would typically cover (if there is one) will be described in the itinerary we send you. Unless we say otherwise, it does not include flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal medical costs, or optional excursions outside the programme. Our current catalogue of Services, Courses and Retreats is listed on /services, /courses and /retreats and changes from time to time, see those pages for the latest offerings.
Health, tell us only if you want us to adapt
We ask for health information in the booking form only if you want us to adapt the session. It is optional. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. You can also tell us in person. Please check with your doctor or other clinician if you are unsure whether yoga, breathwork or a sound bath is suitable for you, especially for cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, pregnancy-related, or mental health concerns. You can ask us to delete optional health information at any time. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Exceptions: if we need to change or cancel for safety
We run retreats, courses and services in Mauritius, a tropical setting. We may need to reschedule if it would be unsafe to proceed, for example, if the Mauritius Meteorological Services issues a tropical cyclone warning Class 3 or Class 4, or for other severe weather, or for other safety reasons beyond our control.
If we cancel or reschedule for safety, we will tell you by email as soon as we can and offer to move your booking to another date where possible. Because we do not take payment on this site, there is no automatic refund to process here, any financial arrangements for a future paid retreat would be handled via your invoice terms.
If we cannot run a retreat due to low numbers, we will also tell you by email and offer another date where we can.
Process: if you need to change or cancel
If your plans change, please email us at [email protected] as soon as you can. For details on timing and what we can offer, see our Cancellation Info page, it explains rescheduling and no-show handling in plain terms without percentage tables because there is no checkout on this site.
Conduct
We aim to provide a calm, respectful environment. We ask that you respect other participants, staff and the venue. We may ask someone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or involves illegal substances. In that case we cannot arrange or pay for onward travel or accommodation.
Photos and video
We sometimes take photos or short video during retreats for our website and social media. If you do not want to be in photos or video, just tell us in writing before the retreat starts and we will respect your choice.

Changes to this notice
We may update this page if how we arrange retreats changes. The date at the top shows the last update. If you have a confirmed place, we will highlight any important change by email.
